More often than they should be, sports fans can be loud, boorish, vulgar, rude, obnoxious, and just downright mean. But once in a blue moon they are capable of something truly special and occasionally can even transcend the sport. Here is such a case. This is from the Boston Red Sox’s Disability Awareness Day. A fella with autism was singing the national anthem and when he gets a little nervous, the crowd gives him a hand. See, we’re not all bad.
